We will function as your coordinator at the reception when needed. We will work with your caterer, photographer, singers,
speakers, preachers and everyone that is part of your reception team to make your dreams come true. If we see a need, we
will make sure that you don't have to deal with trouble on your most special day. Over the years we have uncorked bottles,
repaired bustles on dresses, shown an aunt how to cut cake and even helped a nervous person to give that special toast.

The most popular package I offer is one designed for most wedding reception types and sizes. Formal or casual this package has plenty of
flexibility with the time to do it all. This package features no less than 4, no more than 8 hours of music, lights and entertainment. After
guests numbers fall below a previously agreed upon number (usually 20% of starting number of guests), it becomes Stevens DJ Service's
to call an end to the event. We want the guests to leave on a Good Note, not a drawn out feeling. A $200.00 deposit is due at signing, half
due at 6 months out and the remainder due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Extra hours are negotiable at time of the
event.
"Silver"
With the "Silver" package you will get a standard setup which includes, a wired Mic, a wireless Mic, one set of speakers, one tripod
setup for eight lights and one special effects light. This package is for halls that space is a factor. Even large halls can overcrowd and
lack of space for the DJ will require this setup. This is what most DJ's bring to an event. When comparing prices make sure you
compare equipment packages and set up. One, one, one is the idea here.

With all setups, please do not position tables for guests between the equipment and the dance floor. Your guests will
be uncomfortable in front of the speakers. The lights will also be blocked from the dance floor and not give you the
best effects possible. If your hall will provide enough space for the larger setups please let me know. I have a list of
halls that always have enough space and some halls that don't. The tricky part is the halls that can, but don't allow
enough space for this large of a setup. See the video below to view our setups in various halls over the years. If you
reserve a large setup and only allow enough space for a smaller setup, there is no refund. I will setup the system that
will fit in the hall and sound the best. Make sure you leave enough room for the setup.

This is a new setup for us and we are proud to have many clients wanting more. We have a pro stage setup with an eight foot trussing

This setup is a cross between the traditional Gold and the Titanium. You asked for options and we are adding a new package to bring
you the best entertainment possible. This system has the eight foot trussing system. It has the LED's, red and green lasers, large and
small par cans, moving head LED's, more than 7 different color combinations, panels, back splash, color ball and an all new white star
ball effect. The third set of speakers and an extra amp will give this sound system that something extra. Three sets of speakers, three
rows of lights and three amps: three is the idea here.
"Gold"
With the "Gold" package you will get the "silver" setup, plus an extra set of speakers for better sound, an extra tripod for eight more
lights and an extra lighting effect to help entertain you. This package is for medium size halls that you need that extra sound and

*End on a Good Note all started when a client asked if she could pay early, so she didn't have to spend the end of her night writing
checks. I think she captured something that night and opened my eyes to creating less stress for the couple at the end of the night. Since
that time my couples have enjoyed being able to have the "send off dance" and actually get to go on the honeymoon. The basic idea is
that once you start cleaning up, so do I. I will always come to you and discuss things first. To clarify, when you take the gifts to a
car,gather the table center decoration,remove glasses from tables, once you start clean up, I don't want to sit like a jukebox in the corner for
another hour for 5 people. Too many times the DJ plays for "the drunks" and you will want to have a fabulous ending not a drag.
